Car hire in East London
Our depot is in Hainault, East London. It's where most of our customers collect and return their cars, and where every hire starts and ends with an inspection recorded with you.
Collecting from Hainault
When your booking is confirmed, you'll get the details you need for collection. On the day:
- We check your licence. Bring your driving licence with you.
- You pay the balance, if it isn't paid already.
- We inspect the car with you and photograph it before you drive away.
- You take the keys.

Getting here
Hainault is on the Central line, so you can reach the depot by Tube and drive home. If you're coming by car or taxi, ask us about arrangements when you book.
Outside the Congestion Charge zone
Hainault is outside the Congestion Charge zone, so you can collect your car and set off without driving through central London's charging hours. The ULEZ applies across all London boroughs.
