Car delivery and collection in London
You can start your hire in two ways: collect the car from our depot in Hainault, East London, or ask us to deliver it to your home, hotel or office and collect it at the end of your hire.
Collecting from our depot
Our depot is in Hainault, in East London. When your booking is confirmed, you'll get the details you need for collection. On the day, we'll check your licence, take the balance of your hire, and complete the photo inspection with you before you drive away.

Delivery and collection to your address
If coming to us doesn't suit your day, ask about delivery and collection. It's available at extra cost, and we'll confirm the cost for your address before you commit.
Delivery suits you when:
- you're arriving in London and want the car waiting at your hotel;
- you're hiring for business and want the car at your office or a client site;
- you're hiring for an occasion and want the car at the venue or your home;
- you're on a longer hire and don't want to cross London twice.
The inspection still happens
Whether you collect or we deliver, every hire starts and ends with a photo inspection recorded with you. A hire can't be closed without both inspections, so the condition of the car at handover and at return is always on record. See collection and return.
What to have ready
- Your driving licence. It must be clean, and we check it before the booking is confirmed.
- The documents we've asked for on your account.
- Payment for the balance of your hire, if it isn't paid already.

The simplest way is to book your car online, then tell us where you'd like it. Your customer experience manager will confirm the details with you.

Delivery for business customers
If you're hiring for work, delivery to your office or a client site saves your team a trip. Business customers can open a business account and keep every hire, delivery included, in one place.
At the end of your hire
When the hire ends, the car is returned to our depot or collected from your address, as agreed. It's inspected and photographed again, and your security deposit is released once the return inspection is complete: half after a clean check-in and the rest 14 days later. If there's damage, it's recorded with photo evidence.
