Business and corporate car hire in London

Premium self-drive hire for companies that need cars for clients, projects and travel, with one account and one point of contact.

When your business needs a car, the hire should be the easy part. R3ntal Central provides premium self-drive cars for client meetings, roadshows, site visits, visiting staff and projects across London, with one account, one point of contact and every document in one place.

Open a business account

Business customers start with a short request. Tell us your company, who will be booking and how often you expect to hire, and we'll call you back to set up the account.

Request a business account

Business accounts are invoice-based, with their own rate card agreed when your account is set up.

Cars for every kind of business trip

Our fleet runs from compact to performance to saloon, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz models.

  • Saloons for client visits and long motorway runs, with room for a colleague and luggage. See saloon hire.
  • SUVs for site visits, equipment and teams travelling together. See SUV hire.
  • Performance cars for an event, a launch or a client you want to impress. See performance car hire.

Hire for a day, a week or a month

There's no minimum hire, and daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. That suits a visiting director for a week, a project team for a month, or a car while a company vehicle is off the road. See weekly and monthly hire for longer arrangements.

One person who knows your account

Every hire comes with a customer experience manager, so your team always knows who to call. Our support line is open from 8am to 8pm.

At collection and return, the car is inspected with the driver and photographed. A hire can't be closed without both inspections, so if a question comes up later about the car's condition, the record is already there.

Built for finance teams

As a Syndicar agency, we can offer a client portal where every booking, charge, payment and document sits in one place. Your finance team doesn't need to chase paperwork, and your drivers can request a booking extension and get support throughout the hire.

Collection or delivery

Drivers can collect from our depot in Hainault, East London, or you can ask about delivery and collection to your office or a client site, available at extra cost. See delivery and collection.

Who business hire suits

  • Companies hosting clients or visiting staff in London.
  • Project and site teams who need cars for weeks at a time.
  • Businesses covering a company car that's off the road.
  • Event and launch teams who need a premium car for a day.

If you're not sure which arrangement suits you, request an account and tell us what you need. We'll talk it through when we call.

How a business account works

  1. Request your account. Fill in the short form on our business account page.
  2. We call you back. We'll talk through who will be booking, the cars you're likely to need and how often.
  3. Your account is set up. Business accounts are invoice-based, with their own rate card agreed at this stage.
  4. Book as you need. Choose dates, pick a car and confirm. Each driver's licence is checked before the booking is confirmed.
  5. Keep everything in one place. Bookings, charges, payments and documents stay in the account.

What each driver needs

Every driver on a business hire needs a clean licence and to be at least 25. Some cars can be hired by younger drivers, depending on the vehicle. Each driver uploads their licence and DVLA check code, and the hire agreement is signed online before payment. See licence and age and documents.

Driving for work in London

If your team will drive into central London, plan around the Congestion Charge and the ULEZ, and check parking at your destination before you set off. Our area guides for the City and Canary Wharf cover business travel in more detail.
