Collecting your car
Our depot is in Hainault, East London. Heathrow is on the other side of London, so leave plenty of time, especially on weekday mornings. If you'd rather start from home, ask about delivery and collection to your address, available at extra cost. See delivery and collection.
On the way
Your route to Heathrow may pass through central London's charging zone. If it does during charging hours, the Congestion Charge applies. Check the ULEZ rules too.
At the airport

Hires end at our depot or at an address agreed with us. If you need something different, talk to us before you book. If your flight changes and you need the car longer, request an extension through your account.
